Today, Shannon Reed Home is finally open for business and it marks a great day for me because not only is it the day my long-awaited business is launching, it's my wedding anniversary! It's fitting to open my doors today because my husband was a great influence on me, encouraging me to follow my dreams and do what I love to do.
That brings us to this moment. Yes, this is a business, but it's much more than that. My original intent in creating my products was making things I felt comfortable using in my home: creations free from harmful chemicals or fragrances and quality, artisan confections that are made with absolute care and attention to detail. Each item Shannon Reed Home makes is entirely handcrafted, following recipes that took years to develop. My hope is that you get as much enjoyment out of these products as I got while making them.
On the site right now, you'll find my candles, but I'm not stopping there. In the coming months, I plan on rolling out more and more products, so check back often to see what's new. Also, I plan on using this blog to stay in touch with news and information that is useful and relevant to green, healthy living. I look forward to starting this journey and hope you'll join me along the way.
